I genuinely wish there was better communication because I was always receiving conflicting information. I (21 aged sibling) had registered my brother (16) here with no issue. PSA, our father was *not* present a few weeks ago at registration. Then the appointment came and the nurse said she wasnt allowed to see him because she needed a written from our dad. --- Ok, went home got a written note, came back after setting up an appointment. (This was in pediactric) Then a lady at registration desk said that the written letter wasn't enough as she doesn't know who wrote it, and even asked her boss who told her no I'm guessing. So, she gave me a formal letter and said my dad had to be there physically to sign it...however he is 63 and constantly unwell and has a bad back, so he isn't the most reliable. ---- So my brother and I waited a while to find the right moment where our dad could come. Then we get a call from a guy at reception asking why my brother never came for his physical, we told him, and he had us come in, he spoke with his boss and he gave us the formal letter, told us to go home and have dad sign it and come back. And that's what we did. (PSA my brothers appointment was

i remember i gave them a 1 star review back in 2022 for a false positive it took them over 1 month to correct that almost got me dropped from a job that took me all summer to land. i kept calling for appointments and help. with my humble insurance it took me very long to find a specialist to approve me even when my renewed tests proved the false positive. i took two busses for my specialist to tell me in under 10 minutes that there was no need for me to be there if the tests already proved the false positive. and worst of all, i was unable to hand in my medical papers only until after my main doctor signed my documents after the whole fiasco with the specialist. the doctor cancelled the morning on my the day she was suppose to sign my documents. i almost lost my job that i only got to work two weeks since it was seasonal. having to constantly update my job and inform them biweekly that I couldn’t give them my paperwork yet was beyond embarrassing and left an impression on me of being unreliable and irresponsible. i changed my location and doctor immediately. horrrrible and unserious place.
